JOB TITLE: Athlete Representative Network Manager
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
TYPE OF CONTRACT: 1 year fixed term employed, salary £16,500
HOURS OF WORK: Min 36 hours per week which may include work in evenings and on weekends and public holidays, as required
LOCATION: Work from home. Also to include time travelling nationally to various sports when necessary and fixed meetings with the CEO.
The Athlete Network Manager has responsibility for the organisation, management, implementation and administration of identified areas of the BAC’s Athlete Network Strategy
The post holder will contribute to the achievement of the performance targets, aims and objectives set by the BAC through the following:
To ensure processes of monitoring, evaluation and quality control, and the observation of key performance indicators across all areas of responsibility.
To attend all meetings, workshops and seminars, whether internal or external, regional, national or overseas, which are reasonably deemed to be relevant to the fulfilment of the demands and responsibilities of this role.
To always maintain the highest standard of professional conduct with stakeholders, partners and colleagues
To follow the BAC’s Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of self, colleagues and others
