The BAC, and a number of athlete agents, have been consulting with UK Sport over the deed document that all lottery funded athletes are being asked to sign.
Discussions are ongoing, and it is hoped that there will be clarification soon over a number of clauses in the deed which have caused concern, and about how the team 2012 scheme itself will operate.
Athletes who are concerned about this document and do not have access to legal advice, should contact the BAC.
