The BAC has today launched a new membership scheme, which allows athletes past, present and future, plus their support staff, to access a suite of benefits and services negotiated specifically for them by the BAC.
We have carefully selected specific sectors to ensure a true benefit is realised by the athlete community and the partners themselves. Lloyds TSB, Friends Provident, Charles Porter/O2, Thomas Cook, InterContinental Hotels Group, GM Vauxhall Leasing, Enterprise-rent-a-car, Europcar, Premier Training, Physical Fix, Canterbury Clothing and Natural Balance Foods have already signed up. The partners are offering between 5% and 50% discounts to the athletes, and the BAC will continue to add new partners over the coming months.
Most lottery funded athletes will already have received details on how to join the new scheme. However, alumni athletes and athlete support personnel will have to register with the BAC before receiving details on how to join. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
