Opportunities now exist for talented sports professionals to join the business at a number of the firm’s regional offices and to train towards qualification and subsequent success (and reward!) as a Private Client Stockbroker/Investment Manager.
The training programme will include a structured and comprehensive introduction to all facets of the business, whilst individuals will also be sponsored through an industry-leading professional qualification. It is expected that the full training and qualification process will take a period of up to 2.5 years to complete, although exceptional individuals will have the opportunity to progress more quickly than this.
The starting salaries for successful applicants will be in the region of £25,000. This will increase as qualifications and experience increase, but the objective is that every successful individual who goes through this process will have the potential to earn significant, 6-figure income packages following qualification.
Candidates must be already educated to degree level and must be able to demonstrate the strong entrepreneurial, interpersonal and communication skills which will be essential to establishing and developing relationships with clients and other professional advisers. They must also have a strong interest in the financial aspects of investment management, a keen analytical mind and a patient and diligent approach to client service.
