Athletes know the beauty of competing.  It’s not so much about winning as it is about the purity of the moments spent doing your best in the sport you love and have trained so hard for.

What We Do

Currently, most specialist sports legal services advise both sports governing bodies and the athletes.  This can lead to a potential conflict of interest when disputes inevitably arise.  Other governing body clients observe how their legal firm handles an athlete’s dispute, and their perceptions impact that relationship.

No such conflict exists with Morrish Solicitors.  We only represent the athletes in a sport.  This commitment means never crossing the divide to act for federations, governing bodies or clubs.
